The Evolution and Future of the Modern Chair ... - Health and Fitness

In that place is a lot of variety in most things in life, but in that place are few products that can vary as much as the public ? or not so common ? chair.

Chairs come in each shape, size, design colour and building imaginable and they can also serve any count of different purposes.

In its most basic shape a chair is simply something that we sit on, but at the time you think beyond that the chair becomes a abundant more complex item.

Ultimately each chair has a purpose and that purpose may be a sole one, or one with multiple objectives. The living space chair, easy chair or sofa seat is a classic example. On the face of it, it is simply a seat, however most people who buy that benevolent of chair want it to do two things.

Firstly they deficiency it to be comfortable, but secondly they also deficiency it to look good, fit in with the room?s decor and add a optic point of interest.

In terms of ?comfort?, the squeezing out is far too general. An ergonomic office chair is agreeable for working on a PC, but it would not be considered ideal or appropriate for attention TV in the evening. So even ?comfort? means distinct things in the context of different environments and distinct ways of using a chair.

Our expectations of the seat have and continue to grow and expand as we unfold more activities, more ways of performing seated tasks, and as distinct designs and trends come into and go out of form.

Ergonomics and orthopedics are now playing an ever increasing role in seat design as engineers seek to make chairs not sole feel good, but also to actively sustain our skeletal and muscular structure.

The result of these analytical ways of evaluating seat design have seen the development of orthopedic chairs and work chairs ? chairs that work through our body and that stay in harmony through the tasks or activities that we perform whilst seated on them.

Through an increasingly sedentary work force and greater degree of and more chair based hobbies and pastimes, how well our chairs sustain us is becoming increasingly important and this is existence recognised in the future design of chairs.

So that which does the future have to offer?

Even now there are chairs in stores and in development that are replicating human biology in their design. These chairs hold seat and backrest designs based round the human spine with the concept that a seat with a spine can support a body based round a skeletal spine. Each of the mechanical vertebrae segments workmanship up the chair?s spine is hinged allowing them to impel uniformly in equilibrium with a human back.

Other developments are exploring advanced chairs that impel as the body moves. These chairs desist to be passive supports and become automatically adjusting supports that impel and twist as the person sitting on them moves.

In that place are also self adjusting chairs that form themselves to the natural curves and bends of the back, shoulders, lowest part and upper thighs by reacting to the different compressing points applied to them. These chairs power of determination support everyone who sits on them in a little different way by taking account of their individual biology, weight and body shape.

Finally the future holds many advances in ergonomic, orthopedic and operative support chair design and we are just commencement to see the first fruition of these developments.

If you deficiency some idea of the variety of chair types generally available, take a look at this intelligence based website http://www.orthopedicchair.net/. You power of determination find out about everything from stairlifts and back chairs to the latest ergonomic work chairs ? and everything in between.

Now this home already has some basic landscaping but we found two great areas to add some decorative plants and shrubs.? We are gonna be planting in a tree ring around this drought resistant mallow and then we will make a shrub corner right up against the fence.

Let?s start with the tree ring.? We built a small ring out of a cement block from landscape supply and basically it?s just a retaining wall.? If you would like to build a small ring like this for your landscape garden, I got the step by step instructions for building a retaining wall at lowes.com/videos.? If you are working with a tree that?s already in place, think about the color and texture of the leaves and flowers throughout the seasons and kind of use that as a guide for choosing your complimentary plants.

And remember, you can always switch out your plants as the seasons change.

So now for our shrub corner next to the fence.? A corner space like this makes a great way to add personality to your yard and the centrepiece of our garden is gonna be this gorgeous orange tree.? In the springtime it has fantastic? blossoms and later it will have bright orange delicious fruit.? For your garden, you want to pick? a tree that?s right for your region and you also want to make sure it has shallow roots so it doesn?t damage your home?s foundation.

Next to our orange tree, we are going to plant something that has really fun green and yellow leaves? and then we will finish it off by filling everything in with this low growing juniper.? It makes for great ground cover. Support your local landscape supply company.

Early Facebook mutual fund buyers still in money

(Reuters) - Fidelity Investments and other big mutual fund families that were early backers of Facebook Inc are likely still winners despite the social network's troubled stock market debut.

Facebook shares were priced at $38 per share in its initial public offering on Thursday. Despite an initial bump in their market debut on Friday, the shares fell on Monday, closing down 11 percent at $34.03. The decline prompted much hand-wringing among technology investors who had expected a bigger boost for the widely used social networking service.

But don't cry for the mutual funds, said John Bonnanzio, editor of the Fidelity Insight investor newsletter. Many funds bought Facebook shares last year, while the company was still private, on secondary markets for considerably less than $38, he said.

For example, about 24 Fidelity large-cap stock funds bought more than $200 million worth of Class B Facebook shares at between $25 to $35 from March to May of last year, Bonnanzio estimated. Class B shares have more voting rights than the Class A shares sold in Facebook's IPO, but convert into the same number of Class A shares when they are transferred.

T. Rowe Price Group of Baltimore and Morgan Stanley's asset management unit were also big buyers of Facebook shares before the company's long-awaited IPO, according to securities filings.

Most of the funds' holdings would still be above water despite Monday's decline, Bonnanzio said. That assumes the funds did not buy more shares in the IPO at $38.

Then again, funds could have bought more shares on Monday as the shares dipped. "If they are true believers, one would have to assume they are buying more" shares of Facebook today, Bonnanzio said.

Facebook accounts for just a tiny proportion of the portfolios of big mutual funds that bought shares of the company last year. Fidelity's well-known Contrafund, for instance, has total assets of $84.2 billion according to Morningstar. According to the fund's most recent filing, dated March 30, its Facebook holdings were worth $106.6 million - a mere 0.127 percent of the fund's total net assets at the time.

Fidelity spokeswoman Sophie Launay declined to comment.

T. Rowe Price held more than 18 million shares of Facebook as of March 31, according to a recent Facebook securities filing. Based on a share price of $35, T. Rowe's stake would be worth about $630 million.

T. Rowe Price spokeswoman Heather McDonold declined to comment.

Funds were able to buy Facebook shares on secondary markets, such as SharesPost or SecondMarket, which arranged for Facebook employees to sell their personal shares before public trading began.

Chris Brown, chief investment officer for Pax World Funds in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, said that before the IPO, the firm was able to buy 420,000 shares of Facebook for two of its funds through Secondmarket in April, priced "in the low 30s."

Brown attributed the fall-off in Facebook's share price to a series of factors, including trading glitches in the market debut on Friday and the increase in the number of shares offered in the IPO.

"It was just a pile-on of not a lot of positive things," Brown said, adding he still has confidence in Facebook's long-term prospects.

The pre-IPO buying by funds also contributed to the share decline, he said, because it reduced the appetite for shares after the IPO. That kind of hunger for shares had provided a big boost to other hot technology companies in their market debuts, such as Google Inc.

"It's supply and demand," he said.

My Turning Point of No Return | Points of Light Blog

National Conference on Volunteering and Service RegistrationThe theme for this year?s National Conference on Volunteering and Service is ?Turning Point.? Today?s Turning Point story is written by Rhonda Ulmer, Founding Director of University for Parents and an AmeriCorps Alum.?

I?ve always known volunteerism was in my blood because my mother models what it means to be a volunteer. My mother has served more than 70 hours a month for the past 26 years educating individuals and families in the community on how to apply Bible principles in their lives for true happiness. Her service totals more than 21,840 hours. My mother is a tireless, selfless volunteer that leads by example through service. She found her life?s purpose through the ministry. This is what you call a turning point of no return!

The turning point of no return is the point when one discovers their passion beyond which one must continue on their current service of action because turning back is impossible. It?s when you move forward in your life and make a positive difference in the lives of others.

When I served with Volunteer Maryland, an AmeriCorps program of the Governor?s Office, I discovered my passion working with Anne Arundel Community Action Agency Head Start. I created a family mentoring program to help parents help their children be successful in early childhood education. AmeriCorps served as my turning point of no return. After serving one year, there was no turning back! I had turned in my free flight benefits with Southwest Airlines to serve. Serving as an AmeriCorps member was the best vocation decision I made in my life. AmeriCorps helped me develop volunteer management skills and open up many doors of opportunities for my future.

I learned through serving with AmeriCorps that my passion is working with parents and families. As a single mother of three children, I understood the challenges facing families in my community. While I was serving with AmeriCorps, my children?s school became in danger of being taken over by the State Department of Education due to its failure to meet No Child Left Behind (NCLB) law requirements. Seeing that change needed to happen at my childrens? school, I took action!

As the PTA president, I received parent training and a grant from the Maryland Parent Leadership Institute to fund the Van Bokkelen Family Network. The Network?s goal was to help families meet basic needs, so parents in turn could focus on the academic needs of their children. The Network collaborated with many community partners, including the local Boys and Girls Club, Southwest Airlines, Anne Arundel Community College, the YWCA, Maryland Food Bank, Community Action Partnership and others.

The Network used the school as a hub to provide the community with support and resources. After three years of hard work, commitment and dedication from parents, teachers, and community partners, the school was no longer at risk for being taken over by the state. In fact, the school has made adequate yearly progress, a key NCLB benchmark, for five consecutive years.

I saw success in the Van Bokkelen Family Network and knew it was an effective model for community change. Inspired by the success of giving parents tools and resources, I started University for Parents (UfP), a?community program?committed to supporting parents through family education.

Every year 1.3 million kids drop out of high school. UfP has partnered with Maryland Public Television and the Cooperation of Public Broadcasting American Graduate Initiative to address the drop crisis in our schools. We are helping parents help their teens graduate from high school through our family education program.

Until this day, my mother continues to be my inspiration to volunteer and serve. In turn, I lead the same example for my three children to follow. As parents we are our child?s volunteer for life. The efforts we put in being a part of their education, pays off when our child graduates from high school, grows up to be healthy, happy productive citizens of society that give back to their community.

Volunteering is my way of life. After battling cancer twice before the age of 40, there is nothing else I rather do then spend my days being a great parent, role model and give back to others in my community.

I encourage all parent leaders, groups and PTA/PTO to attend the National Conference on Volunteering and Service. It?s a wonderful opportunity to learn, connect and be inspired by other volunteer leaders who discovered their passion and turning point.

Florida Land Trusts and Foreign Beneficiaries

?

?

In the 1980's the Federal RICO act was established for the purpose of attaching/siezing drug dealer's assets prior to trial and conviction. The intent was to prevent big time drug dealers from using their ill-gotten gains to defend themselves in the courts and from fleeing US boarders prior to indictment.

If you are setting up a Florida Land Trust and the beneficiary will be 10% or more owned by a foreign person (or entity) they will be designated as an ALIEN BUSINESS ORGANZATION. under Florida Statutes, Section 607.0505. This means that every Land Trust of which 10% (or more) is owned by a foreigner is a Alien Business Organization and must have a registered agent!

Fortunately, the Florida legislature did not require disclosure of the beneficiary as long as the registered agent is named. The beneficiary would only have to be disclosed if the Department of Legal Affairs issues a subpoena. Failure to comply with law could result in a fine of up to $1,000 per day!

To obtain the forms necessary to comply with this law in Florida, please go to the Florida Secretary of State's website.

Volcanic Tremors May Help Predict Massive Eruptions

volcano, mount st. helens, eruption Mount St. Helens, 1980 Image: Photo Researchers, Inc./Colorization by Jessica Wilson

Why do testicles hang the way they do? Is there an adaptive function to the female orgasm? What does it feel like to want to kill yourself? Does ?free will?...

Earthquakes often precede explosive volcanic eruptions such as the devastating outburst from Mount St. Helens in 1980. But attempts to use tremors to predict the timing and force of such explosions have proved unsuccessful for decades. Now multidisciplinary teams of researchers have developed models that could help warn of disastrous eruptions hours to days before they happen.

A group of scientists at the University of Leeds in England investigated the mystery of why volcanic tremors come in clusters and why they can occur at multiple depths within volcanoes. The answer may lie in how magma behaves: much like Silly Putty, it shatters if pulled apart quickly. When magma rising within a volcano?s main conduit ruptures, the magma develops deep cracks. These cracks weaken the magma, helping it rupture at other points and flow more quickly, which causes still more shattering to occur.

Such a series of ruptures may explain the swarms of low-frequency earthquakes that past research has detected from volcanoes. Analysis of such tremors could determine how fast magma is ascending ?and thus can be used to forecast explosions,? says geophysicist J?rgen Neuberg of Leeds. Neuberg and his Leeds colleague Mark Thomas detailed their findings online March 2 in Geology.

A model developed by another team considers tremors created by columns of magma within a volcano that wag back and forth within its main conduit like a metronome rod. The rate at which the magma wagging occurs matches the dominant frequency of most volcanic tremors, reports volcanologist and geophysicist Mark Jellinek of the University of British Columbia, who described his team?s work in the February 24, 2011, issue of Nature. (Scientific American is part of Nature Publishing Group.)

As explosive eruptions near, this model indicates the volcanic tremor frequency would rise in a predictable manner: explosive eruptions would generate gas that would constrict the magma column into a stiffer, thinner shape that would wobble faster. Both research teams say they need to further refine their models with additional data from volcanoes. Any future attempts to predict explosive eruptions will also need to look at changes in gas emissions and how volcanoes physically deform before explosions. ?If we take all these data together, we might be able to prevent tragedies,? Neuberg says.

Alzheimer's and Heart Disease ? The Connection ... - Focus on health

canker sores What do

, bone spurs or chest pain reveal about your susceptibility to Alzheimer?s or heart disease?

Curiously, each condition seems to be connected.

Forty-plus years of research suggest that the Relatively minor conditions pulsate the warning that your tissues are dry kindling for fire of Alzheimer?s or heart disease, if not a who?s who list of chronic degenerative conditions, including: arthritis, gout, diabetes, non-healing wounds, psoriasis , multiple sclerosis (MS), and even cancer.

You?re not alone. The ills of chronic everyone lava bubbles under the crust of apparent good health in just about. The leading cause of death, they?re not to be taken, lightly. Fortunately, something can be done to reverse them or preventable.

Forty years ago, when cardiologist, Kurt A. Oster, MD, and Fairfield University professor, Donald J. Ross, Ph.D., began their study of atherosclerosis by examining the initial injury to the artery lining, they discovered in enzymes, XO, worming Swiss cheese holes within it, making sections affected a garden hose brittle prone to leaks.

Noting that the composition of arteries is similar to the myelin coating of nerves, to connective tissue under the skin, and to brain tissue, they realized that each tissue is so vulnerable to the action of XO. It led to

of understanding of Considerable Consequence.

Easter and Ross Concluded that inflammation introduces xanthine oxidase (XO), and that the enzyme is involved in a nearly identical, cascade of events at the start of each chronic illness. In other words, nearly the same disease process in various tissues and organs OCCURS yet each condition is assigned a different name according to the nature and to the locale where symptoms become manifest. The two researchers published the hypothesis that ?a multitude of apparently unrelated diseases may actually be only one many-faceted disease.? 1.2

In the last two decades, investigators at the cutting edge of research in inflammation dozens of institutes, worldwide, have Largely validated the thesis that inflammation is the common denominator of virtually all chronic degenerative diseases. Inflammation has become the focus of intense study.

And the word is getting out. The significance of inflammation at the start of all chronic degenerative diseases has propelled the subject to the cover of Time magazine (Feb. 23, 2004). A look at Ground Zero of Chronic Illnesses,

Easter Ross and advanced the thesis that internal inflammation is Characterized by the activation of the bee venom-like enzymes, PLA2, calcium triggered by stress and hormones. The action of PLA2 on the fat component of cell membranes, they pointed out, frees up space for XO to move in and complete the digestion of the fat component. In other words, it?s a two-phase, ignition process, starting with what amounts to the fire insulation within a cell membrane being stripped, followed by the spark of XO igniting the cell.

Digging deeper, after XO torches the fat component of cell membranes, fire alarms are sounded and chaos ensues on the cellular level, with inflammation signals apparently reaching distant parts of the body, where they resonate in different ways. In the brain, inflammation may resonate as a headache. In any event, do not burn cleanly tissues. A smoky fire rates generated free radical byproducts. Cigarette smoke also produce free radicals and sunlight but nowhere near as many as XO.3 A chain reaction of cell death ensues, nitrites and sulfites from accelerated by commonly consumed, preserved foods and drinks. Lesions are created when damage outpaces repair. When outpace healing lesions, oxidative stress to a tissue to interfere with the diagnosis is then made function.4 A ? diabetes, arthritis, lupus and the like. The name of the disease depends, most often, on where XO nests up

?Link Between Heart Disease, Alzheimer?s,? is a story aired on ABC World News with Diane Sawyer, (January 14, 2004) . In it, reporter John McKenzie investigates evidence of an apparent connection between the two

The Broadcast Focuses on observations made by a scientist Whose job is to deter mine the cause of death in deceased persons as well as the timing. ? when death occurred ? by staining and analyzing relevant tissues under the microscope. Comparing brain artery and slides, he makes a noteworthy finding. Quoting from the transcript:

?While working in the Kentucky medical examiner?s office, Larry Sparks was checking brain tissues looking for early signs of Alzheimer?s disease.?

?He noticed that those who had the telltale plaques of Alzheimer?s had one thing in common:

?I took the slides ? and put them into two piles, those with heart disease and those without heart disease plaques and tangles And all the. showed up in the pile with heart disease, ?said Sparks.? 5

The information represents yet another cog in the thesis that Alzheimer?s, heart disease and other chronic conditions are the same illness in different locations.

-Reassessing Traditional Theory and Taking Charge of Health

Curiously enough, the ranks of a new generation XO investigating include a good number who have never heard of Easter Ross and yet their latest findings dovetail with those made by the two pioneers.

Independent confirmations are powerful testimony in science.

After decades of advice to lower cholesterol and saturated fat, to epidemic of chronic degenerative diseases epidemic is Maiming society like cannon-fire at close range. An out-of-control health situation is raising questions.

?Might it be that the nutritional advice has been wrong, all along? Might it be that it is the cause of the train wreck in health??

Considering the rather abysmal record of the medical-pharmaceutical industry in reversing chronic illness, ordinary folks are starting to take charge of their health by reading up, by getting second opinions and by making educated choices.

pioneering days, self-sufficiency was synonymous with survival. Curiously, it?s no less true with respect to health, today.

However, the sheer volume of information plus separating fact from fiction is no ordinary task for persons without a science background. How does one find a nugget of truth when a health responses weigh down the search screen million, along with one?s patience? As an aspiring author and researcher, I happened to stumble upon a gold nugget after taking the first step, about 30 years ago. The information became the title: ?Homogenized Milk and Atherosclerosis.? Nearly, 1 million copies were printed.6

True, numbers do not always correlate to substance but walls of shoeboxes bulging with letters of gratitude suggest that it was not just the cover that readers came to value.

Theory did what so contrarian, back then, Wikipedia is becoming mainstream, today. But it?s not a fad. They come and go. The topic of XO has begun to clog servers as fast as it has been clogging arteries. ?You see, it?s not cholesterol.?

Just tapping ?xanthine oxidase? (XO) into a search engine gives a decibel appreciation for the laboratory buzz. The rush info is tied to the finding that XO is responsible for more than just heart. ?In medical schools across the U.S. disease, cardiologists, Rheumatologists, oncologists, allergists and neurologists are all suddenly talking to one another ? and they?re discovering that they?re looking at the same thing ?7

While researchers continue to debate Whether XO originates from homogenized cow?s milk, # in which it?s plentiful, or from the human liver, it?s. not excluded that both sources are involved in chronic illness. However, cow?s milk XO is roughly 15 times more potent, apparently, the tipping point factor in overcoming the body?s defenses and anti-radical forming lesions. Cow?s milk XO is hard liquor; human XO is 2.8% beer.8

Virtually, any tissue or organ except the liver is prey to its action ? arteries, nerves, joints, skin, and the brain. Even the lens of the eye is vulnerable. Clearly, X is big.

Much like a callus or a bunion forms over a blister or layers of pearl around an irritating grain shape of sand, the body reacts to caustic XO by layering plaque around it.

The symptoms of a chronic degenerative disease can be viewed as complications resulting from cyclical episodes of XO-instigated damage and healing. Cholesterol actually contributes to the healing phase. It?s why sometimes its levels increase. The irritant, XO, remains. Plaque and resulting scars that encase it gunk that are shown to interfere with the hum of a fine-tuned organ. Illnesses ending with ?sclerosis,? like multiple sclerosis (MS) or atherosclerosis, are so named because of a thickening or hardening of a body part. The OCCURS hardening around the irritant -.. XO

Again, the name of the disease depends, simply enough, on where XO nests up For Life

plaques and tangles can not be the result of something as inert as cholesterol or fat. To blame cholesterol is like blaming Bambi for devouring a lamb. The only lions in the human system with adequate bite and a large enough appetite for tissues that pathologists see chewed up, regularly, are enzymes. XO is a digestive enzyme. When it ends up outside of the digestive system, it starts to digest body parts instead of food

In the title, Something Called XO, the novel thesis is advanced that canker sores -. Those little, whitish sores in the mouth ? are so XO-instigated lesions but without attendant plaque, scars or organ meltdown.9

Such is the bite into the bad news

The Nobel laureate good news is that one. means that each disease pathway condition ? more than 50 of them ? is amenable to nearly the same treatment. Oster and Ross suggested the same. A common therapy makes the discovery of XO?s role in many chronic degenerative diseases the ?. Mother lode of health breakthroughs?

canker sore flare-ups And are markers ? warning lights on the dashboard of common sense, suggesting that tissues are ripe for inflammation and that body chemistry is in need of urgent correction.

-The Proof of the Pudding is in the ORS Method

Everyone knows that Guarantees do not exist in but if one health, effective therapy could be found for reversing many diseases, it would not dramatically improve the odds for millions afflicted with incurable conditions? Many drugs for many diseases are money-makers for industry, something that might be tolerable if the drugs worked, yet they are Largely hit-or-miss, mostly miss. A single, viable therapy would certainly make them a thing of the past.

Easter?s in private practice and at St. Vincent?s / Park City Hospital in Bridgeport, Connecticut, where Easter served for 25 years as Chairman of the Department of Medicine and Chief, Section of Cardiology, Emeritus, for an additional 14 years, he transformed theory into real-life results in dog hundreds of patients by blocking the action of XO, Allowing incurable conditions to be reversed with remarkable success.

Easter is on record for having successfully treated, without surgery, non-healing leg wounds, complications of atherosclerosis and diabetes.10 Each year, 5.7 million persons in the U.S. alone, are affected by the condition, the Majority of them needlessly losing a limb amputation because of physician ignorance about alternatives.

Easter employed the vitamin folic acid as a nutritional supplement but not as a drug, in mega doses, to inhibit the activity of XO Allowing healing to outpace tissue damage. Patients were prescribed 80 mg daily. Despite well-documented results published in esteemed medical journals, along with photos and material support, the FDA has yet to catch on to Easter?s success story or, perhaps, it did catch on, opting to remain beholden to lobbyists, pampered by industry. The medical-pharmaceutical-food industry complex, after all, is no small octopus.

Drugs that inhibit XO, analyzed as allopurinol, have very nasty side-effects, making it essential to accomplish the same, naturally.

Working closely with Easter and Ross, over a seven-year period, in addition to the privilege of having their work edited, Homogenized Milk May Cause Your Heart Attack: The XO Factor, provided access to materials and personal insights that led to the formulation of an ideal solution -. a natural means to inhibit XO

It?s called the ORS method. It can be viewed as the penicillin of chronic illnesses only it?s not a drug.

Its guidelines steer persons seeking to reverse or preventable chronic illness away from foods containing XO, while inhibiting XO renegade already resident in the body. Each has its nuances degenerative disease in terms of how each one should be treated yet the general guidelines are applicable Comprising the ORS method to virtually, every chronic condition. The ORS Method not only the spark that lights Eliminates the fire in cells but it also Reduces their flammability. The nutritional guidelines do the equivalent of reducing the flammability of fire wood by soaking it in water. Thus, controlling and managing XO boils down to reworking kitchen recipes. Guidelines in the ORS method So identify nutritional supplements that activate and those that inhibit it XO. Correct, Certain commonly, vitamin and mineral supplements consumed increase XO activity can be highly Sun consuming them counterproductive. As just one example, multivitamins containing riboflavin (B2) nourish and increase the risk of XO free radical overload, especially consequential during inflammatory events. Even much-trusted vitamin C can be both of antioxidant and oxidant to understand Certain conditions, meaning that it can be healthy as well as harmful with respect to chronic illnesses. No less important, vitamin C heightens the immune response, Which is undesirable because collateral damage increases. Because of this, physicians prescribe immunosuppressant drugs to lower rather than heighten the immune response during inflammatory episodes. Without the fine-tuning that the ORS method for controlling XO provides, or attempts to reverse chronic degenerative diseases preventable by Way of diets, supplements or drugs are destined to remain as ineffective as the voodoo of a medical system struggling to redefine itself.

I have been asked why anyone should spend even just $ 20 on two eBooks when the basic information can be covered in some four pages plus one crib sheet listing what not to consume and what to consume.

Chronic degenerative diseases are serious, life-threatening conditions. There is much at stake on both sides of the equation, that is, for patients and for industry. David ended the arrogance and conceit of Goliath with one stone. The life-work of three persons has to be the stone that hits the mark. Only then can its value be appreciated. It?s why nearly 400 pages, backed by some 250 references, are needed.

I?ve now seen enough evidence to guarantee results. And, yes, the punctuation mark maligns, canker sores or bone spurs like, can be easily treated ? the same way as the long-winded like diseases, atherosclerosis

A comma and a period may be small but. they tell us much. A sentence is incomplete without them.

Tips For Choosing an Internet Marketing Company - Business To ...

Internet marketing is 90% mindset and only 10% technical. Just look at all the technical wizards who live average lives. They know computers and they know marketing but they are part of the 97% who will never live the abundant life. They get their vacation once a year and they might drive a nice car; but they will never drive a Ferrari or vacation every other month at the top vacation resorts in the world.

You want to break out of the prison of mediocrity and live the lifestyle of the rich and famous. How do you do it? Where do you find this elusive "mindset"? It is available to everyone through internet marketing training. You can read books (suggested), you can listen to training calls (recommended), you can take courses (recommended), and you can join opportunities that focus on your education and success (recommended).

What is this mindset?

o It starts with your leadership skills, be the leader that everyone is attracted to.
o Have an abundance mentality, know that the world does not set limits, we set limits on ourselves.
o Know that success is yours for the taking; so take the steps necessary to be successful.
o Establish your mastermind group to develop the synergy that will absolutely launch you to the stratosphere of success.

Very few people ever achieve enough success to pay all the expenses of running an internet marketing business. Join the leaders and get the education and training you need. The return in success will amaze you!

See you on the beaches of the world.A business to business marketing internet company is just what kind of company the title states. They are business's that help other business properly market their business on the internet. Every business is an expert in their own field. Unfortunately, one business can not do it all. At a certain point it will be more cost effective to realize that outsourcing a particular marketing segment is advisable. So a firm might think about hiring a business to business marketing internet company. This will insure that they leave the internet marketing to the experts and it will free up more time for the business to utilize their own expertise.

There is a huge demand for business to business marketing internet company. Because of the huge demand everyone with a website is claiming themselves an expert in the field. So what should do to ensure you get a really good internet marketing company?

Firstly, when choosing an internet business marketing company you should look to see what their current results are. Ask for recent web sites that were developed and what internet marketing plan was implemented. Did they have a blog to attract loyal visitors? Was their plenty of written articles spread out to various article directories? Were clients getting video traffic from large video sites such as Youtube.com?

All these questions are very valid to ask to a business to business marketing internet company. My approach to new clients is a step by step process. What I do is give a free initial consultation, just to see what their current internet marketing plan is. This gives me a good idea of what they are not doing or what needs to be improved on. Then once the initial consultation is completed, I start to research and develop a customized marketing plan for that customer.

The second step is that I typically give a 1 hour presentation over the marketing internet plan. We go over things like creating a main site which deem as the money site. Develop blogs, create email capture forms, and maybe even build an EBAY store. Every business is unique and it is important that a business to business marketing internet company just provides the client a canned template. Not all business needs an EBAY store. Not all companies need to use blogging software.

Pricing to hire a business to business marketing internet company can range significantly. Every internet marketing company establishes their own prices. So it is best for you to get quotes from as many different internet marketing companies you can. But beware that the lowest price is not always going to be the best. There are literally millions of different ways to market your business on the internet.
